Munch the Crunch
I’m Sumaiya Waqar — a former business student, now a mother, homemaker, and a woman driven by big dreams. Munch the Crunch was born from the belief that passion, when paired with purpose, can create something truly meaningful.
The idea started with my children. Watching them munch on packaged junk foods filled with sugar and artificial ingredients never felt right. I wanted to give them something healthy, real, and made with love. That’s when the thought came — why not create something wholesome myself?
This thought led to our first creation, Chocovita, a nutritional mix made with clean and nourishing ingredients. Soon after came my handmade Panjeeri, a recipe close to my heart. The overwhelming love it received showed me that I had something worth sharing with the world.
As the journey grew, so did our commitment to purity. Today, Munch the Crunch proudly offers handmade premium Desi Ghee, prepared with care using traditional methods. We produce cow and buffalo desi ghee separately, ensuring purity, rich aroma, and authentic taste in every jar. Made in small batches, our ghee reflects the same love, honesty, and quality I prepare for my own family.
